Pilates last night was challenging and I enjoyed it. It ran late, and I'm not sure whether to keep going with this evening class as the people are friendly so that's nice. Yesterday a friend came round in the morning and we sat inside (we're allowed to now!) and had a good catch up. I haven't seen her since last summer, so there was quite a lot to catch up with.  After she'd gone we had lunch and then in the late afternoon we went on a Nordic walk. We woke up to torrential rain which was not good as we have booked brunch at a restaurant in the nearby town and they are still only allowed outdoor seating until Monday. Fortunately by 8.30 it had stopped and the sun came out, so we took a chance and walked the mile and a half to town with the idea that if it started to rain we could grab a couple ( Read more... )

A day of chores today - but it needs to be done occasionally. and it's raining again so I'm stuck inside anyway. I slept on the new sofabed last night and had a very good night's sleep! It's quite a lot smaller than our usual bed, so Mr Cee slept in the spare room (maybe that's why I slept so well LOL!).

Yesterday I got my paperwork for my membership of the Sherlock Holmes Society of London and I rather like the stamp that was on the envelope.....
